The Kahramanmaraş Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office reported that two psychologists had recommended child psychiatric treatment for the perpetrator of the school shooting prior to the incident, but that the arrested mother, P.P.M., had disregarded this recommendation and did not seek treatment at outpatient clinics.
